Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order and want to return your purchase (or gift) for any reason, you may do so within 14 days of your order being delivered. Product(s) must be unused. You are also able to email us with any questions or concerns regarding your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, an original order number is required. Your item must be shipped back securely to our facility. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label however original shipping fees to receive your item are not eligible for a refund. Any items that are requested to be shipped back and are not returned will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

To begin a return or exchange you would like to ship back, please refer to your order confirmation email for our returns portal.

A refund will be issued once we have received your returned item(s). You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.

We do not offer refunds for shipping fees, so you will only be refunded the cost of the item(s) you return. Please note all returns must be shipped in a box, so we recommend holding onto your original packaging.
